A transformative milestone – CapitaLand Retail China Trust (CRCT) has announced its proposed acquisition of 5 business park properties in Suzhou, Xi’an and Hangzhou, and the balance 49% interest in Rock Square in Guangzhou, China. The proposed transaction, CRCT’s largest to date, will significantly scale and rejuvenate the asset base, providing CRCT with a larger and more resilient platform to grow. It will fortify CRCT’s leading position as the largest China-focused real estate investment trust in Singapore.
