2022 On Art Poland - Short Independent - Official Selection 2022 FIRST青年电影展 - Short Short Film - Official Selection 2022 WSXA Amsterdam - Best Experimental Film - Official Winner The film was inspired by ‘Beats, Rhymes & Life of Amsterdam Youth Culture’, directed by Pietro Coppolecchia, which investigated how the youngest generation of youth in Amsterdam lives in the underground culture. From then on, I began to wonder how contemporary youth life in China might be different. In the following two years, I used a second-hand DV to record the young people around me from different ages, different industries and different regions, and put them together into a short experimental film that focuses on the young generation in China and presents their different living conditions.
