Bouyei Liquor Making（《布依族酿酒》英文版）

水头寨，位于贵阳市北部的山区，是一座布依族聚居的寨子。和许多中国的少数民族一样，酒在布依族人日常生活中扮演着重要的角色，布依族人会酿酒、好饮酒，酒不仅是布依族家庭的日常必备品，更是他们在节日盛宴时、待客时必不可少的佳品。 Shuitou Village is located in the mountains north of Guiyang City and it’s home to the Bouyei people. As an ethnic group, they’re the 11th largest of the 56 ethnicities of China. And one of the things they are well known for, is liquor making. Like most of China, such is the cultural significance of liquor for the Bouyei, that it’s considered a delicacy during festivals and even essential when entertaining guests.
